When you get the after-hours operator you will be asked the following information:
- Your Account Number: Example “1022-SA3”he physical address of the event
- The person calling name and phone number and the site contact person (if different)
- A description of the problem
A technician will be paged and is instructed to call you back within 30 minutes to evaluate your situation and if needed respond to the site if and as requested.
Please note that all after hours calls are billed at GFS’s standard Emergency Rates. If you have any special pricing it will be adjusted at the time of billing. GFS Technicians do not have access to any special pricing or other considerations that may be in effect.
